Il nostro salotto si trasforma in un piccolo laboratorio creativo: uno spazio informale dove avvicinarsi al mondo del cucito, imparare le basi, sperimentare e creare con le proprie mani.

Nasce il Club del Cucito Creativo, guidato da Chiara Gentile, fondatrice di C.Lab.

Non è un corso e non c’è un programma prestabilito. Vogliamo costruire gli appuntamenti insieme a chi partecipa, partendo dalle vostre curiosità, dal vostro livello di esperienza e dalle cose che avete voglia di imparare.

Per capire da dove partire, ecco alcune delle attività che potremmo esplorare insieme:

• Decorare una giacca

• Personalizzare le tasche dei jeans

• Imparare a fare una piega ai pantaloni

• Creare un piccolo pupazzo o portachiavi

• Scoprire e sperimentare diversi punti a mano

• Cambiare i bottoni di una camicia o di un cappotto

Sono solo alcuni spunti: saranno le vostre richieste a costruire i prossimi appuntamenti.

Questo primo incontro sarà conoscitivo. Un bicchiere di vino, una chiacchierata informale, ci conosciamo e capiamo il livello di partenza di ognunə, come e quando strutturare gli incontri.

Che tu non abbia mai preso ago e filo in mano o che tu abbia già qualche esperienza, questo è uno spazio per imparare, fare pratica, dare nuova vita ai vestiti e, soprattutto, passare del tempo insieme.

I posti sono limitatissimi. La prenotazione è obbligatoria.

Per rispetto del vicinato, non è consentito parcheggiare nella strada privata di fronte alla casa né negli spazi antistanti le abitazioni 43 e 43/A di via Saragat.

Ti chiediamo di parcheggiare in via Monsignor D’Addario e raggiungerci a piedi.

Our living room is turning into a little creative workshop: an informal space to discover the world of sewing, learn the basics, experiment and make things with your own hands.

Introducing the Creative Sewing Club, led by Chiara Gentile, founder of C.Lab.

This is not a traditional course, and there is no fixed programme. We want to shape each gathering together with the people who join, based on your curiosity, your level of experience and the things you would like to learn.

To get a sense of where we could start, here are some of the activities we might explore together:

• Decorating a jacket

• Customising the pockets of a pair of jeans

• Learning how to create a fold in trousers

• Making a small doll or keychain

• Exploring different hand stitches

• Replacing the buttons on a shirt or coat

These are just a few ideas: your requests will help shape the upcoming gatherings.

This first meeting will be an opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll share a glass of wine, have an informal chat, get to know one another, and understand everyone’s starting level, as well as how and when to structure our future sessions.

Very limited spots available. Booking is required.

Out of respect for our neighbours, parking is not allowed on the private road in front of the house or in the spaces in front of houses 43 and 43/A on Via Saragat.

Please park on Via Monsignor D’Addario and walk to the house.
