Torna “Quale Turismo?”, l’appuntamento dedicato al presente e al futuro del turismo a Vieste, giunto alla sua terza edizione.

Il dibattito sarà un’occasione per riflettere sulle trasformazioni del settore turistico, tra nuovi comportamenti dei viaggiatori, sostenibilità, intelligenza artificiale e sfide per le destinazioni.

Durante l’incontro, Diego Romano, fondatore di turismovieste.it, presenterà i risultati della 7ª edizione di “Vieste e i suoi ospiti”, l’indagine che dal 2020 ha raccolto le opinioni di oltre 9.000 visitatori.

La novità di quest’anno sarà la presentazione di “Vieste Data Platform”, il nuovo software di analisi dei dati turistici sviluppato da DataTrip. La piattaforma permette di esplorare e confrontare i dati turistici Viestani e Pugliesi, aiutando la destinazione a leggere i cambiamenti e a prendere decisioni.

Dai numeri alle prospettive future: i dati saranno il punto di partenza per un dibattito aperto e informale sul turismo che cambia.
Come possiamo rendere Vieste più competitiva senza sacrificare la qualità della vita dei residenti? Quali opportunità esistono per un turismo più sostenibile e meno concentrato nei mesi estivi?

L’incontro si svolgerà in un clima informale e partecipativo, con spazio per domande, osservazioni e confronto tra i presenti.
Perché il futuro non si può soltanto immaginare: bisogna costruirlo insieme.

“Quale Turismo?” returns for its third edition, bringing together perspectives on the present and future of tourism in Vieste.

The event will be an opportunity to reflect on the transformations shaping the tourism industry, from changing traveller behaviours and sustainability to artificial intelligence and the challenges facing destinations.

During the event, Diego Romano, founder of turismovieste.it, will present the findings of the 7th edition of “Vieste e i suoi ospiti” (“Vieste and Its Visitors”), a survey that has collected feedback from more than 9,000 visitors since 2020.

This year’s highlight will be the presentation of Vieste Data Platform, a new tourism data analytics software developed by DataTrip. The platform allows users to explore and compare tourism data for Vieste and Puglia, helping the destination understand emerging trends and make more informed decisions.

From data to future perspectives: the figures will provide the starting point for an open, informal discussion about tourism in a changing world.

How can we make Vieste more competitive without compromising residents’ quality of life? What opportunities are there to develop more sustainable tourism and reduce the concentration of visitors during the summer months?

The event will take place in a relaxed, participatory atmosphere, with plenty of room for questions, insights and an open exchange of ideas among attendees.

Because the future is not something we can simply imagine: it is something we must build together.
