With the guidance of a local host, you’ll learn how to make authentic handmade orecchiette, one of Puglia’s most iconic recipes. No experience needed — just curiosity, a willingness to have fun and an appetite for something real.
As we knead, shape and cook together, strangers naturally become friends. Whether you’re travelling solo, with a partner or as a family, this experience offers a genuine way to connect with local culture and meet people from around the world.
Once the pasta is ready, we’ll gather for a long shared dinner by the pool, enjoying the meal we’ve created together under the summer sky.
