C’è un modo diverso di iniziare la giornata.
Lontano dalla fretta, immersi nella natura e nel silenzio del mattino, al Kodama Village vivremo un’esperienza pensata per rallentare, respirare e condividere del tempo di qualità insieme.
La mattina inizia con una pratica di Vinyasa Yoga dolce e accessibile a bordo piscina, guidata da Camila De Castro Ferezin, insegnante certificata di Vinyasa Yoga che ci accompagnerà in un risveglio lento e consapevole attraverso movimento, respiro e presenza.
Non importa il tuo livello: la lezione è aperta a tutti, anche a chi pratica per la prima volta.
Dopo la sessione ci rilasseremo insieme con una colazione semplice, genuina e italianissima: cappuccino e cornetto inclusi, tra chiacchiere, nuove connessioni e vibrazioni positive.
E per chi vuole continuare a godersi il momento, sarà possibile fermarsi in piscina dopo l’esperienza.
Più di una lezione di yoga: un rituale del mattino fatto di benessere, socialità e vita lenta da condividere con viaggiatori e locals.

Surrounded by nature and the peaceful atmosphere of the morning, this experience at Kodama Village is designed to help you slow down, reconnect and share meaningful moments with others.
The morning begins with a gentle and beginner-friendly Vinyasa Yoga session by the pool, guided by Camila De Castro Ferezin, certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Through movement, breath and presence she’ll help you wake up slowly and mindfully.
No experience is needed — everyone is welcome.
After the class, we’ll enjoy a relaxed Italian breakfast together with cappuccino and croissant included, creating space for conversations, new connections and good energy.
And if you feel like staying longer, you’re welcome to relax by the pool after the experience.
More than just a yoga class: a slow morning ritual of wellness, community and shared experiences with travelers and locals.
